Push Collective

ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW

Our partnership with Push Collective began in September 2024 with a clear objective: transform a high-performing in-person coaching experience into a scalable digital brand.

Push Collective already had momentum inside the gym. What they needed was infrastructure outside of it. The opportunity was not simply to increase posting frequency, but to build a cohesive ecosystem that could support visibility, conversion, retention, and community growth simultaneously.

We approached the engagement holistically. Social media strategy, short-form video development, email capture systems, landing page optimization, campaign launches, onboarding assets, and printed collateral were aligned under one structured communications framework.

Rather than relying on sporadic content or launch-driven spikes, we built a repeatable content system designed to compound. The result was consistent growth across Instagram and TikTok, stronger engagement metrics, expanded email acquisition, and a digital presence that mirrored the energy and authority of the in-person coaching experience.

  • Social media became the primary visibility engine, but it was executed with structure rather than spontaneity.

We built a five-pillar content framework encompassing education, mindset, lifestyle, results, and community. Each pillar served a distinct role — from driving saves and shares to strengthening trust and reinforcing authority.

Reels were developed as the discovery mechanism, optimized for reach and momentum. Carousels were structured to increase retention and encourage deeper engagement. Stories created daily proximity between coaches and community, reinforcing familiarity and accountability.

Over twelve months, this system produced 24.1 million organic Instagram views and significantly increased engagement rates, with saves and shares tripling compared to pre-management benchmarks.

The growth was not viral-dependent. It was the result of repeatable structure and disciplined execution.

  • As part of the engagement, we strategically launched and scaled Push Collective’s presence on TikTok.

Rather than repurposing content without intention, we developed platform-aware video designed for discovery and shareability while maintaining brand consistency.

Within one year, TikTok generated 3.7 million views, expanding Push Collective’s reach beyond its immediate geographic audience and strengthening its digital authority within the fitness space.

This expansion ensured that growth was not platform-dependent, but ecosystem-driven.

  • Push Collective thrives on participation, and our strategy reflected that.

Campaigns such as Push Past 60 were developed as multi-channel activations rather than isolated promotions. Social content, email capture, landing pages, and printed materials were integrated to create a unified experience.

Challenges were structured to drive accountability and retention, not just sign-ups. Community-focused series such as Push + One extended brand visibility while reinforcing the identity of Push Collective as more than a workout program — but a lifestyle brand.

Through this approach, we drove over 1,500 new email subscribers during campaign periods and strengthened ongoing program enrollment.

  • To support growth beyond awareness, we refined and developed landing pages for POWER and related programs.

Messaging clarity, structured information hierarchy, and direct calls-to-action were implemented to reduce friction and increase conversions.

These pages functioned as conversion anchors — ensuring that increased visibility translated into measurable action.

Rather than sending traffic into a general ecosystem, we directed audiences into intentional pathways designed for enrollment and onboarding.

  • To reinforce consistency across digital and in-person experiences, we developed structured onboarding forms, welcome packages, and campaign-specific print collateral — including the Push Past 60 journal.

These assets elevated perceived professionalism, strengthened brand authority, and ensured that new members entered a cohesive system from day one.

By aligning physical materials with digital messaging, Push Collective’s brand identity became consistent across every touchpoint.

THE IMPACT

The impact of this engagement is reflected in both digital growth and brand stability.

Within one year:

  • 24.1 million Instagram views

  • 3.7 million TikTok views

  • Engagement rates increased from 2 percent to over 4 percent

  • Saves and shares tripled

  • Average reach expanded significantly across key content formats

Beyond social metrics, the organization gained a structured campaign engine, measurable email list growth, refined landing page infrastructure, and a cohesive brand presence that extended from digital platforms to printed materials.

Push Collective no longer relied on launch spikes or reactive posting. It now operates with rhythm, clarity, and repeatable momentum — a digital ecosystem capable of sustaining long-term growth.
